1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available only within 48 hours of purchase.

2. Conditions for Refunds: Refunds are processed if Helfa Meds fails to deliver the promised services, including live sessions and course materials.

3. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please email info@helfameds.com with your purchase details within the eligible time frame.

4. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon confirmation.

Note: No refunds are offered for requests outside the 48-hour window or for partial course attendance.
